How does the credit system actually work?

One credit captures one page on one screen size. A homepage on desktop is 1 credit. The same homepage on desktop and mobile is 2. Adding AI guidance to a run adds 5 credits, no matter how many pages are in the run. We always show the total cost before you start.

Do I need the Figma plugin to use Snap Site?

No. Snap Site is mainly a web tool — paste a URL and get the audit in your browser. The Figma plugin is a mini version that runs on a Figma canvas, for designers who'd rather work there. Anyone can install the plugin; the features inside follow your plan, the same as the web tool.

Can I share results with my team or clients?

Yes. Every audit has a share link that recipients can open without an account — they see the screenshots, findings, and notes in the browser. You can also export an audit to PDF for offline sharing.

What happens if an audit fails?

We reserve credits at the start of a run and only charge for delivered pages. If an audit fails or partially completes, the unused credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel from your account page. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and any purchased top-up credits stay valid for 12 months.
