The rules of the road for Snap Site

Snap Site is built by Dhwani Khara at DesignRight in partnership with CyberSky, which operates the service. References to “we,” “us,” or “Snap Site” in these terms mean the operating entity. References to “you” mean the person or organisation using the service.

You sign in with a one-time code emailed to you. Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snap Site. If you are using Snap Site on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You agree to use Snap Site only on websites and content you own or are otherwise permitted to audit. You will not:

• Submit URLs in a way that violates the target site’s terms of service, robots.txt, or applicable law.
• Upload images you do not have the rights to use, or that contain other people’s private information.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Snap Site service or the third-party services we rely on.
• Use Snap Site to harass, defame, or harm any person or organisation, or to bypass an authentication or paywall on a site you do not own.
• Resell or sublicense Snap Site capacity, or share a single account with people who should each have their own seat.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.

Snap Site is sold on a credit-based model. One credit captures one page on one viewport. Subscription plans grant a fixed monthly allowance; top-up packs add credits that stack on top of any plan.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Subscription fees renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. You can cancel from your account page at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are spent only after your subscription credits.

If an audit fails before delivering pages, the unused credits are returned to your balance automatically. We do not offer cash refunds for credits already spent on completed audits. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@snapsiteux.com and we will look into it.

Snap Site, its logo, the underlying code, prompts, and interfaces are owned by us. Audit outputs Snap Site generates for you — screenshots of your own pages, AI-written findings, and annotations — are yours to use, share, and export.

You grant us a limited licence to process the URLs and images you submit for the sole purpose of generating your requested audit. We do not train AI models on your private content.

Snap Site uses AI models from Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI to produce audit findings, summaries, and annotations. AI output is a first-pass review aid — it can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context that a human reviewer would catch. You are responsible for verifying any finding before treating it as a decision, especially in accessibility, compliance, or security-related contexts.

When Snap Site captures a URL, it fetches the page as the third-party server returns it. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites, the legality of accessing them, or anything that happens to those sites as a result of our capture. Sites behind authentication, IP allow-lists, or anti-bot protection may not be captured at all.

We work hard to keep Snap Site available, but we do not guarantee uptime or that captures will always succeed. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Firecrawl, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenAI, Dodo, AutoSend, Vercel, Neon), and other disruptions may affect availability. Failed audits are refunded as described in Section 4.

You can stop using Snap Site at any time and request account deletion from support@snapsiteux.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if required by law. When an account is terminated, the data retention rules in our Privacy Policy apply.

Snap Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content is provided without any warranty of accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to Snap Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use Snap Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
